OS X binaries are now able to use TLS 1.2.
Scope of changes:
Since we don't mention that they can't use TLS 1.2, will update:
- release notes 3.6.5
- release notes 4.0

OS X shell binaries are unable to communicate using TLS 1.2, because of the OpenSSL libraries they link against. They should be able to speak this protocol.
