The authentication and security documentation is getting unorganized. We need to revise the IA of the Kerberos, auth plugin and SSL docs. See the scope below for some proposed changes.

Scope of changes (files that need work and how much)

• Kerberos/LDAP/SCRAM-SHA-1 prereqs need to be moved off the DSN page. Possibly to a general "Authentication" / "Authentication for BI Connector" or "Authentication Prerequisites"... Something like that.
• SSL tutorial probably should not be under "Reference".
• Auth Plugins no longer warrant a top level nav item since the C Auth is embedded in the ODBC driver.
• Add GSSAPI to list of authentication mechanisms

Consider creating an "Authentication" or "Security" top-level nav item and move the documentation there.
