Description

The official versioning for the ODBC driver will be 1.0.0 but the current docs are using 1.0.

Feedback from the Docs team's "Show & Tell" user testing, indicate that there may be discrepancies in the ANSI vs. Unicode driver.  Initial research concluded that this shouldn't really matter, but some people were seeing strange unicode characters in sample datasets. 

Scope of changes (files that need work and how much)

• Change versioning from 1.0 to 1.0.0 - No change required.
• Advise users on the difference between the unicode and ANSI drivers. This may require additional testing.
• Discoverd 6/1: Tableau might not be compatible with our unicode driver.  Recommend ANSI.
