Need to document fact that calls to db.auth()/db.addUser() aren't saved in shell history

      When a user calls auth or addUser in the shell, the line doesn't get saved in the shell history – confusing for users trying to create multiple users, or re-authenticate in the same session.

      The method reference pages for db.addUser() and db.auth() should both include a note to this effect.
