Original Description

The documentation on https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/method/ObjectId/ (among others, I presume) lists:

• a 3-byte machine identifier,
• a 2-byte process id, and

The server has always seen these two fields as a 5-byte random number, unique to a process and machine. Drivers are moving into the same direction: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vv1cnQ-KORR2O6ozlLsR9zauPGo2m4MKs91WCICfVXU/edit#

Please update the documentation to reflect this 5-byte unique value.
