OM up to version 3.6 - Add a replica set member procedure improvements

      Original Description

      In the Add a replica set member procedure a step between #5 and #6 should be added mentioning that the user can make changes to the dbpath and logpath and the new process advanced configuration options, if needed, before reviewing the changes.

      This is valid only for automation v1, so Ops Manager versions up to 3.6.
