Looks like some pages (https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/verify-mongodb-packages/index.html?searchProperty=current&query=%22mongodb-osx%22) do reference the package name, so for 4.2 they'll need to be updated. Not sure if other pages are affected.

Engineering Ticket Description:

Our Windows and macOS packages have names like:

• mongodb-win32-x86_64-2008plus-ssl-4.0.0-rc0.zip
• mongodb-osx-ssl-x86_64-4.0.0-rc0.tgz

These are confusing for various reasons:

• starting in 4.0, the minimum supported version of Windows is Server 2012R2
• these platforms no longer have SSL, but native TLS
