Use the content in the release notes as a starting point, and add documentation to the existing discussion of shard keys and sharding. It would also be good to add a tutorial for sharding a collection with hashed shard keys.

When complete, also rewrite the current release notes to just be a brief description of the feature with links to the documentation that you add elsewhere.
