Document minimum OS X version requirements for 2.4

      2.4 will only run on OS X 10.6 or better, but this is not currently publicly documented anywhere. We need to update both the OS X installation documentation

      to indicate that 2.4 will only run on OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
