Description:

This change adds the __exec directive to all YAML config nodes allowing an arbitrary executable to be invoked during startup to resolve configuration values from executables such as password vaults rather than storing them in plaintext in the config file itself.

Scope of changes

• Create subpage for expansion directives
• Add __exec directive
• Pull existing __rest directive into dedicated subpage for expansion directives
