Hello,

changeStream privilege action is also available in 3.6 and it is needed in order to open a Change Stream. Right now it is only documented in 4.0.

The "read" built-in role documented is also not updated for 3.6 and 4.0. This built-in role includes the changeStream privilege action, but it not listed in our documentation.

Basically, all the docs we updated in 4.0 to explain the new changeStream action privilege need to be backported to 3.6.
