We no longer support IE10 and IE11. Per the conversation in this thread

We are going to add a warning to users running IE10 or IE11 but that will be done in a separate CLOUDP ticket.

Please remove IE10 and IE11 as a supported browser for Cloud Manager, Ops Manager, and Atlas.
