We added an option which conflicts with all SNMP options, and prevent it from being enabled.

In order to meet various security compliance requirements – because SNMP pre-v3 is used and it does not provide satisfactory auth support – Enterprise users require a way to explicitly disable and prevent SNMP access to mongod.
