Update documentation examples to use SparkSession

      • Update examples to use SparkSession instead of SparkContext / JavaSparkContext.  SparkContext and JavaSparkContext are still supported via MongoSpark but as new users to Spark won't necessarily want to use them we should update the examples to use: MongoSpark(sparkSession).toRDD() instead.
      • Add note about using --conf="spark.driver.extraJavaOptions=-Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2" for Java 7 users
