The MMAPv1-only preservePadding, paddingFactor and paddingBytes options have been removed.

Engineering Ticket Description:

We still parse padding options in the compact command, although they cannot be meaningfully set anymore with WT (and anything but confirming defaults will fail). Additionally we have no testing for paddingBytes and paddingMode, so it's time to remove this code.

Scope of changes

a priori done as the bigger mmapv1. Just forgot to include in rel notes.
