Improve page Convert Sharded Cluster to Replica Set

The doc states:

Changing the --shardsvr option will change the port that mongod listens for incoming connections on.

This is true only if --port is not used.

In fact, in case --port is not used:

• mongod with --shardsvr starts on the default port 27018
• mongod without --shardsvr starts on the default port 27017
