Description

I'm following the tutorial here (https://docs.mongodb.com/stitch/tutorials/todo-web/) going through the 'Create the Stitch App Manually' flow. 

Step 2.a may be referring to an older version of the Atlas UI (see screenshot), as it directs the users to click on 'Atlas Clusters' in the left nav, followed by an 'Add Collection' button. 

In the current UI, I believe the instructions should be "Click on 'Rules' in the left Nav, under 'MongoDB Clusters' "
