Description

I was looking in the docs for privilege actions to start implementing 3.6-minimum actions in Atlas for custom roles, and noticed that while many actions are labeled with something like "New in version 3.6" (Screenshot attached!), `changeStream` is not labeled as such. This feels slightly inconsistent with the other documented , even if the knowledge that change streams are new in 3.6 is assumed. Could the minimum versions of mongodb be cleaned up on this page?
