With this commit pipelines in the update command and findAndModify are available without having to enable test commands.

Engineering Ticket Description:

SERVER-40381 and SERVER-40397 will be implemented behind feature flags to prevent any risk of destabilizing the release. This ticket tracks the work to enable the new style of update by default and remove the flag.
