Can't see all of data in the Ruby Compatibility Matrix

      Description

      The matrix here does not show the complete set of data and there is no scroll element to expose it. 

      Users won't know the data exists. If a users tries to do any copy paste of the data the page may shift that table and show the rest of the data but the navigation/interaction is confusing.
