Cloud manager documentation lacks replication oplog size window limitation for backup

      To start backup, it is required for replication oplog size window to be at least 3 hours for at least 24 last hours, as described in Ops Manager documentation
      This information does not exist in Cloud Manager documentation.
      One of our clients encountered this error, but there is no doc, describing this limitation.
      This information should be added to Cloud Manager documentation as it exists in Ops Manager docs.
