Document mongoimport --legacy

      Description

      In contrast to earlier versions, mongoimport 4.2 needs --legacy to be able to read shell-style extended JSON input (TOOLS-1610, I believe). Can we please get this flag documented on https://docs.mongodb.com/master/reference/program/mongoimport/ ? Also since this is a behaviour change from earlier versions, that is likely to trip up users, can a mention be added to the Tools section of the 4.2 Release Notes?
