Description

SERVER ticket description: Collection name lengths were originally derived from the implementation of MMAPv1 and restricted to 120 characters long. With the removal of MMAPv1 in v4.2 we can remove this restriction.
Change Description: There is no longer a collection name length limit when creating new collections. The implicit limit should be around the BSON document limit.
