Description

In MongoDB 4.2 the section relative the memory consumption of a connection has been removed link to 4.0 doc
We should add it back

Scope of changes

• Investigate what the wiredtiger memory usage is
• Document for 4.2
• backport for 4.0 -> 3.6, splitting the linked section up into MMAPv1 vs Wired Tiger specific

While we are here, it might be worth confirming w/ storage as to whether the information documented <=4.0 is accurate.
