Add "coming soon" to C++ driver compatability matrix

      Description

      cxx driver docs show v3.5 as compatible with mongo 4.2, however cxx v3.5 has not yet been released. Feedback from Goldman Sachs is to add an asterisk noting that the version is coming soon.

       As a user, I should be able to understand that the cxx 3.5 driver has not yet been released, but that it will be released soon.
