Add systemd instructions for Linux supporting pages

      Description

      A continuation of DOCS-13042. This ticket addressing non-installation pages, as listed below.

      Scope of changes

      • Update supporting Linux configuration instructions as appropriate to include systemd instructions alongside extant /etc/init.d instructions.

      • Consider including which versions of Linux have moved to systemd support, i.e. Ubuntu as of 15.04 according to: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SystemdForUpstartUsers
