Description

There are some inconsistencies in:
https://docs.mongodb.com/v4.0/installation/#x86-64 and
https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/installation/#x86-64 

I see at least two issues:

1. RHEL 8.0: The 4.0 docs says 4.0.14+ but this is missing in the 4.2 docs
2. MacOS: the 4.0 docs says macOS 10.11 and later but the 4.2 docs has no tick for macOS 10.12 and later in the 4.0 column.
