Description

For https://docs.mongodb.com/ecosystem/drivers/community-supported-drivers/:

1. Remove the blog posts to mxunit.org since that site is now offline
2. Remove the 3rd link to http://github.com/virtix/cfmongodb/tree/0.9 since this is last updated 2010, and the first link is a more updated fork of this
3. Remove the 4th link since that site is down also.

This will leave just the first link.

PS. I thought it might be useful to link to SO with tags in place, but there's not much good content there either.
