      Downstream Change Summary

      This ticket culminates the efforts to enable collection and index creation inside unprepared multi-document transactions in sharded clusters. As of this ticket, tests pass in which new collections are created inside multi-document transactions, as well as new indexes on empty collections that do not predate the start of the transaction. The tests cover serial and concurrent cases.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      This ticket is split out from SERVER-44852, which will handle collection creation inside a transaction for a multi-node replica set.
