      As of this patch, implicit collection creation except via findandmodify with upsert=true is allowed inside multi-document transactions.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      Implicit collection creation via write ops uasserts when attempting to create a collection. This ticket should remove that restriction, and make sure that any dependent tests are removed or repurposed.
