Document mongo.setReadPref() method

      The cursor.readPref() method is documented, but I found no reference in the manual to the connection-level read preference method. Since no helper methods exist on the database and collection objects (akin to setSlaveOk()), the connection-level method is essential to easily configure read preferences for multiple queries and commands.
