collMod reference should include mention of how to check that usePowerOf2Sizes is set

      It's very non-obvious to find out if the usePowerOf2Sizes flag is set for a collection (see SERVER-8855).

      There's a brief mention in the collection statistics page: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/collection-statistics/#collStats.userFlags
