Description

When using writeConcern w:"majority" with transactions, some customers have the expectation that if the transaction fails to replicate to a majority, then we ensure the transaction rolls back on all replica set members.

This is not the case and we should make that clear in the documentation to hopefully help set correct expectations. If we can add a note specifically about this in the documentation I think that would be very helpful as we have no plans to change the current behavior.
