https://api.mongodb.com/python/ is no longer maintained. Starting in 3.10.0, PyMongo's documentation is now hosted on https://pymongo.readthedocs.io/en/stable/

Can we update all the links to point to https://pymongo.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ instead of https://api.mongodb.com/python?
