      Downstream Change Summary

      This ticket removes "ServiceExecutorAdaptive" from the code-base. As a result, the "'net.serviceExecutor" server option is no longer available for mongo processes (e.g., "mongod" and "mongos").

      Description of Linked Ticket

      We've marked the ServiceExecutorAdaptive as deprecated in v4.4. It's time to remove both the implementation and the --serviceExecutor option.
