[Atlas] Revise disk capacity limitation sentence

      Description

      Please revise the sentence on https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/customize-storage/#minimum-disk-capacity-to-ram-ratios in regards to Atlas disk limit capacity. 

      Currently:

      Atlas has a 4 TB disk capacity limit on all replica sets and shards, regardless of cluster tier. To expand total cluster storage beyond 4 TB, enable sharding.

      I think the clarity of the sentence could be improved. Suggestion:

      Atlas has a 4 TB disk capacity limit on a single replica set, regardless of cluster tier. To expand total cluster storage beyond 4 TB, enable sharding.
