Investigate changes in SERVER-46901: Test the commonly used procedure for renaming replica sets

      Our documentation currently says that we cannot rename a replica set, we should modify it to describe this procedure.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      Renaming replica sets is not supported by the server, but there is a commonly used procedure for doing so that involves shutting down the set. We should write a test for this procedure, so that we will be aware if we break it.

      This ticket is just for testing renaming single replica sets, not shards.
