Description

ShardingTaskExecutorPoolReplicaSetMatching (and technically all ShardingTaskExecutorPool* params) can apply to shard servers and config servers as well (It's possible they may not apply to mongod nodes in early 3.6 patch versions though).

Scope of changes

Review with Sharding team and update ShardingTaskExecutorPoolReplicaSetMatching and ShardingTaskExecutorPool* docs as deemed appropriate.
