FLE documentation needs update

      Description

      https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/core/security-client-side-encryption-key-management/ only lists AWS KMS and local as the supported key management services. It should be updated to be consistent with https://docs.mongodb.com/drivers/security/client-side-field-level-encryption-local-key-to-kms, which adds the Azure and GCP KMS.
