Remove misleading link from BIC Create a System DSN macOS instructions page

      Description

      The macOS instructions on the Create a System DSN page have a link to "Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015." This is not required on Macs, so this bullet point should be removed.

      The bullet should remain for the Windows instructions, and should be removed for the macOS instructions.
