CSFLE is for 4.2 and up. Not just 4.2

      Description

      In many pages of CSFLE documentations (core doc + driver docs), I find this:

      Problem: it's not true & confusing. CSFLE is actually for 4.2 and up. Not just 4.2. It needs to be clearer that this feature was added in 4.2 and it's for EA or Atlas starting from 4.2 and up.
