Description

The documentation says that a primary steps down if it cannot see a majority of the nodes in its replica set. This is not precise enough, it needs to say: a majority of the voting nodes in its replica set. Actually, since it's not in the documentation, I am not 100% sure whether that information is accurate, but I am fairly certain it is.
