      Downstream Change Summary

      Due to a bug, current releases of v4.2 and later were missing the kmipClientCertificateSelector setParameter. This has been remedied on master, and fixes will be backported.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      The kmipClientCertificateSelector setting is incorrectly suppressed on windows and macOS platforms.  Make sure it gets declared correctly.
