Description

The release notes for 4.4 clarify the improvements to the orphan cleanup logic, but they fail to specify the subtle difference in the behaviour of the cleanupOrphaned command between FCV 4.2 and 4.4.

The documentation should clarify that:

• In FCV 4.2: The range deleter pays attention to the startingFromKey argument and will only consider ranges which overlap that point onwards.
• In FCV 4.4: The current explanation in the release notes is fine
