Summarize IDL changes re Compatibility Notes API V1

      Description

      API V1 commands will no longer accept unrecognized parameters.

      This ticket encompasses updates to Compatibility Changes for 5.0.

      The Compatibility Changes for 5.0 page lists all affected commands. 

      Scope of changes

       

      The Compatibility Changes for 5.0 page will include a section to list affected commands and note any general changes.
