Description
This documentation should be revised for 4.4. Specifically. this content:
"Starting in MongoDB 3.6, for the WiredTiger storage engine, only the full validation process will force a checkpoint and flush all in-memory data to disk before verifying the on-disk data."
I believe it is now more accurate to say:
"In MongoDB 3.6 through 4.2, for the WiredTiger storage engine, the full validation process will force a checkpoint and flush all in-memory data to disk before verifying the on-disk data.
In MongoDB 4.4, for the WiredTiger storage engine, the full validation process will both verify the integrity of the most recent checkpoint of data on disk and perform validation against in-memory data."
geert.bosch, alexander.gorrod can you please LGTM this suggested revision and/or clarify?
