Description

With the introduction of Programmatic API Keys, the PATCH /users endpoint became non-functional to non-admin Atlas/CM Users.

Since the remaining Personal API Keys are being deactivated, this endpoint should not be documented anymore.

quick note that this endpoint should still be documented for OM Users. The goal with this ticket was to remove any public facing documentation from Atlas / Cloud Manager API Docs
