Description

The linked ticket, DOCS-14165, requests that we add info about Project Owner role being a requirement to create a Realm app. I'm adding that info to the Realm pages, but the reporter suggests they'd also expect to see it mentioned on the Atlas User Roles page under the Project Roles -> Project Owner privileges: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/reference/user-roles/#project-roles

Can we add a line there saying that Project Owners can create Realm apps? Ideally with a link to the Create a Realm App page.
