Description

The replSetResizeOplog docs page states that:

To persist the changes made by replSetResizeOplog through a server restart, update the referenced configuration file settings or command line options passed to the mongod.

This statement is misleading since the new oplog size would in fact be persistent across reboots except in the case where the oplogMinRetentionHours param is being used.
