Document the need to disable hyper-v when using VirtualBox on Windows with 5.0

      Please see the discussion in SERVER-59482, but it appears that when running VirtualBox on Windows, AVX instructions are disabled in the guest if Hyper-V is enabled. For MongoDB 5.0, this will mean an immediate SIGILL even if the underlying hardware offers AVX. Documenting this would probably be helpful.
